Remember when Chomsky was called out for the Faurisson petition? The "Faurisson affair?" I was curious how you might treat that in your piece and surprised no mention appeared. But then again, you obviously can't mention everything, and maybe I'm the only one who's interested.

I guess that slipped under my radar. I had to look it up. But it makes sense as Chomsky also used to write for Cato Institute in the 70s. This article was intended for a Brazilian audience, though, and he's no nearly as well known down here as he is in the US/UK

NAMBLA is illegal in Brazil, as it is in France and Germany. This is because on those legal systems it violates children's rights. I explain it as an example of what American's view as protected free speech.
